I think it was yesterday that I was attempting to insert some cut and pasted alaska airlines website info on a Zihua thread about Alaska Airlines 20% sale and e-code needed there.

I posted it.
An inst-message popped up and said I was banned from the site for three days.

I sent a note to the website manager, gathering the contact info from the contact page, about what had occurred.

I recieved a pretty quick and very thorough reply from ZihuaRob explaining what had occurred and showing me how to correct it.

I am sure I speak for many when I say how much we appreciate your hard work, thoroughness, and excellent website.
